Training: Footwork #2 – In & Out

Again there is a new training method to increase footwork for Boxing/ Kickboxing/ Thaiboxing. I found this exercise in the weekly training of „Pacman“ and also in the daily routines of Buakaw Banchamek from Thailand.

The first time you do this it might feel a bit weird and ridiculous. But the more you practise it the faster your feet will get! Let’try! ūüėČ
